I had really nice stay, the place is lovely welcoming!

The breakfast with omelettes and egg was marvellous, and the majority of the staff were incredibly friendly and excellent. My room included a work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and multi-channel television.

The room was spacious well appointed with a couch, a small couch, and a dressing table.

Marvellous and superb breakfasts with pastry and fruit and omelettes. Excellent location, a 10-15 minute walk from a majestic church;)))

The location close to city centre was particularly good and absolutely perfect. All the staff was amazingly friendly and extremely friendly, resolved my issues.

Location close enough to the center of the Old Quarter and sightseeing in Hanoi and all the main sights. Besides, excellent for visiting a traditional water puppet theater.

The restaurant food is outstanding, and the breakfast offered is amazing and excellent with cheese and omelettes, as for instance. The location is particularly good and incredible as it's close enough to restaurants, cafes, pubs and eating places and attractions and great food.

I had an amazing stay at the Golden Sun Suites hotel in Hanoi. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Tracy, one of the staff members, was incredibly accommodating and even arranged for us to stay at a neighboring hotel when they were full. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The hotel is also conveniently located near the lake and many restaurants and bars. I highly recommend taking their recommended tour to Halong Bay, it was truly amazing. The hotel also provided fast WiFi and English movies for relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and great location.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing impeccable service throughout our trip. We were warmly welcomed with drinks and fruits upon arrival and even received a take-away breakfast for our early morning flight. The location was perfect, close to the old quarters and many restaurants. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options, including delicious chicken pho and yogurt with passion fruit. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back in the future.
